HARDINGE Older DV59 Metal Lathe Operator"s Manual

http://ozarktoolmanuals.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/1191.jpg
Number of Pages: 38

This is a reproduction, not a photocopy, of an original Hardinge Older Model DV-59 Metal Lathe Owner"s and Operator"s Instruction Manual. This manual contains installing and setting up this lathe. It contains lubricating instructions and instructions on making adjustments like the brake, compound slide, collet closer, etc.. The manual includes instructions on how to replace the drive belt. It also includes the specifications of the lathe and accessories available at the time for this Hardinge DV59 metal lathe.

Please note: We have the parts manual for this lathe as well, and if you have a newer version of the DV59, we have an operator"s manual for it as well. The main difference between the two is in the motor drive system.

Overview
I have collected this information for many years and have found the information they contain to be priceless in using and setting up the machines properly. I believe this manual will be a valuable resource of knowledge that will provide a lot of helpful information that is often hard to find. My manuals are not photocopies. I maintain a high standard of quality in my reproductions. Most of the manuals I reproduce look better than their originals. I have professionally digitally edited every page, and removed stains, wrinkles and handwriting. All of the manuals are printed on thick white paper to withstand shop wear and tear; they are then comb bound with heavy cover pages so they lie flat on the workbench. Better than a pdf download.
